Frustrated with the solutions out there which just didn’t quite fit the requirements needed, Ben (our now head of product design) set about to create the perfect software solution for his logistics company. Working with Daniel (our now head of development) they built a system which covers every aspect of running a logistics business whilst remaining flexible enough to cope with even the most complex jobs.

This system was such a success that Ben soon began to receive requests from other logistics companies asking if they could also use the software. It was very soon apparent that something had to be done and Ben and Daniel worked hard to modify the system to be adaptable for different companies, including customisation and individual company branding. From this development Smart Logistics Manager, now known as SmartLM, was born.

Here at SmartLM we come from a transport background so we fully understand what you need in a system to manage and run your transport/logistics company effectively. This means when you call us with a problem we will know what you are talking about and understand the pressures you are under.

We answer our phones promptly, working together with our customers to suggest and implement solutions quickly and effectively. Often we already have a solution in place and we just need to introduce the new feature but other times we will improve SmartLM to solve the problem, benefitting all of our users in the long run.
